Terms & Conditions of Entry

1) General

a) Information regarding how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.

b) Entry into The Kind Collective Sign up to Win Competition (The Promotion) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

c) The Promoter is The Kind Collective, 4 Prohasky St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 (ABN 66 660 298 751).

d) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, The Kind Collective Pty Ltd includes all related and subsidiary companies, past and present officers, agents, representatives, employees and assigns.

2) Entry requirements

a) Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

b) Entry to The Promotion is free.

c) The Promotion commences at 6:00pm (AEDT) on 6th November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 13th November 2025.

d) To enter the Promotion, participants must:

1. 1. Visit The Kind Collective Australia website and view the ‘Welcome’ pop-up form. Or, visit the World Kindness Day landing page subscribe section. 
   2. Input their responses into the pop-up form and agree to opt into the competition.
   3. Submit their completed entry via the form.

e) Only one entry is permitted per person.

f) Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

3) Winner Selection

a) This is a game of chance, with the winner randomly selected.

b) One (1) Major Prize Winner will be selected.

c) Selection will take place at Communicado Marketing Communications, Level 1, 554 High Street, Prahran, Victoria 3181 at 11:00am (AEDT) on 14th November 2025.

d) The Winner will be notified via email within three (3) business days of the selection.

e) If the Promoter is unable to contact the selected winner within five (5) business days, the prize will be forfeited.

f) In that case, the Promoter reserves the right to draw and use reserve winners.

g) The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4) Prizes

a) Major Prize: $100 worth of The Kind Collective cosmetics.

b) The total prize pool is valued at $1,200 AUD.

c) The prize may not be transferred or substituted, except at the Promoter’s discretion.

d) The physical prize will be delivered to the address supplied by the winner.

e) The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs associated with the prize after delivery.

f) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential), or personal injury as a result of taking the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5) Entries

a) All entries become the property of the Promoter upon submission and may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes worldwide.

b) The winner’s name may be used for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes worldwide.

c) The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants, and disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process or engages in misconduct.

d) If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the entrant’s identity.

6) Warranties

a) Entrants are fully responsible for any materials they submit as part of their entry. The Promoter shall not be liable for such content, to the extent permitted by law.

b) The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering or accessing The Promotion, including ISP costs.

c) If The Promotion cannot run as planned due to causes beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or disqualify entries.

d) If a prize winner is found to be in breach of these Terms, the Promoter may deem the prize ineligible.

e) Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for personal injury, loss or damage (direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising out of The Promotion.
