If you have changed your mind or unhappy about a product you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back in it’s original packaging, unopened and unused. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit so we recommend that you return the product via Registered Post.
If you purchased a product at one of our retail partners, please return it to the location where it was purchased.
If you have received an incorrect item or an item is faulty or damaged please contact us with a detailed description of the issue along with a photo if possible. In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
