How do I join the Kindness Club?
It’s simple! Sign up and you’ll instantly start earning Kind Coins with each purchase you make. If you’re already a customer, you’ll automatically become a loyalty member so check your email or login to the Kindness Club rewards page for info on your status and available perks.
How do I earn KIND Coins?
The best way to start earning points is by purchasing via the website. You can also earn points by following us on social media as well as referring a friend to the Kindness Club.
Can I earn KIND Coins on past purchases?
Yes, your orders from the past 12 months will earn you KIND Coins. Orders made prior to this are not eligible but any new purchases made will earn you Kind Coins once you join.
How do I redeem my KIND Coins?
Points can be redeemed at the checkout for various rewards including discounts on future purchases, free products, vouchers and free shipping.
How do I check my Kind Coins balance and membership status?
By logging into the Kindness Club rewards page, or by clicking the floating button located at the bottom of the website. Please note, points from recent purchases may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. If it has been more than 48 hours and your points still haven't appeared, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Do my KIND Coins expire?
No. The Kindness Club rewards program doesn’t have an expiration on Kind Coins.
Does my membership level expire?
Yes. Your tier status is based on how much you spend within a 12 month period. Members need to meet the set spending threshold within this timeframe for the relevant tier, otherwise you will lose your member status.
Do I get a reward for joining?
Yes! After signing up or joining the Kindness Club you will receive 50 Kind Coins, as well as a gift with your first purchase.
How do I get my anniversary gift?
This is an annual thank you gift for members who have maintained (or levelled up) their status during the year. You will receive an email on your anniversary with instructions on how to claim your gift.
Can I use my KIND Coins on KIND products at Big W or Priceline?
Unfortunately for now online points won't be valid in-store at our retailers.

Can KIND Coins be shared or transferred?
No, Kind Coins cannot be shared with anyone else or transferred, they are unique to the customer.
What is the minimum amount of KIND Coins that you can redeem?
Any amount of KIND Coins can be used to reduce the amount of your purchase.
If I return an item, will this affect my KIND Coins balance?
Yes, the applicable amount of KIND Coins will automatically be deducted when an item is refunded.
