In honour of our mission to spread kindness, we created this limited-edition deck of 52 affirmation cards with messages and reminders to show kindness to yourself and the world.

Each week (or day if you're extra keen!), randomly draw a new card from the deck and read out the affirmation. Continue to refer back to the chosen affirmation throughout the week to help inspire and centre yourself in a positive mindset.
